Breakfast, Lunch, Supper – the best meal of the day?

I believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it helps me wake up and get ready to take on the day. Everyone has a different view of what is the “best meal” but as you go on without eating it makes you want to snack more through out the day or eat a bigger supper. It protects you from gaining weight but not only that it helps you stay energized for the rest of the day.
